Constitutional Court recognizes the right to parental leave for same - sex adopting couples
By Ruling C - 415 of 2022, the Constitutional Court declared the exequibility of Article 2 of Law 2114 of 2021, regarding parental leave, clarifying that same-sex or homoparental couples are entitled to the same leave (maternity, paternity, shared and flexible) as adoptive heteroparental couples.
